Service Description

Take athletic performance to the next level! Our Conditioning Classes are designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness in young athletes, helping them excel across all sports while building healthy habits for life. When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Dates: April - June Class Size: Limited to 5 participants for personalized attention Age Group: 11–14 years old Through targeted drills, fun fitness challenges, and expert guidance, your athlete will improve speed, stamina, and athletic resilience—preparing them for peak performance on the field, court, or track.
