We believe we are at our best when we are part of a team. When we work together, humanity can accomplish nearly anything. To be a good teammate is a skill set of its own, and this essential skill set doesn’t come naturally to most of us or develop overnight. A1 uses experiential training programs to teach the social emotional skills essential to teamwork, and as a result academic, professional, and personal success.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and manage our own emotions, as well as to recognize and empathize with the emotions of others. This is essential to any strong relationship, both personal and professional. A1 creates safe spaces to learn and practice emotional intelligence skills so that we can strengthen and expand our network for relationships.
Social skills enable us to work effectively with others towards shared goals. When we deal calmly with difficult colleagues, rock an interview, or inspire our team to work overtime to hit a deadline, we’re using our social skills. A1 breaks down team social dynamics to identify and train on the skills essential to be high performers.
