Take athletic performance to the next level! Our Conditioning Classes are designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness in young athletes, helping them excel across all sports while building healthy habits for life. When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Dates: January 5 – January 29 Class Size: Limited to 15 participants for personalized attention Age Group: 11–14 years old Investment: $400 per month (minimum 1 month booking) Through targeted drills, fun fitness challenges, and expert guidance, your athlete will improve speed, stamina, and athletic resilience—preparing them for peak performance on the field, court, or track.
